Commercial Policy

To build sustainable commercial relationships over time, JP SMART LLC has designed the following commercial policy, based on the transparency of the commercial transaction from beginning to end. Our Company works with factories located in the United States, Canada, and Europe, achieving the commercialization of countless top quality industrial brands, in the areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Transportation and heavy machinery.

1.- JP SMART LLC offers highly competitive prices since commercial transactions are prepaid. This allows us to achieve the best prices and considerable reduction in delivery times with manufacturers and other commercial channels used by our Company. Both elements of great importance for our clients.

2.- JP SMART LLC offers our clients different forms of payment to facilitate the purchase process. These payments can be by: wire transfer, Credit card, PayPal, Apple pay, check or Zelle. In case of payments by credit card or PayPal, a 5% fee will be charged for administrative expenses.

3.- The freight will be always insured while it is under the responsibility of JP SMART LLC. In the event of cargo loss during this period, JP SMART LLC will proceed to repurchase the lost merchandise or return the payment made by the customer, after consulting with the customer.

4.- If JP SMART LLC receives a purchase order and the corresponding payment and for some reason the factory does not comply with the delivery of the equipment or product, the entire deposit made by the client will be refunded.

5.- JP SMART LLC will send along with the quote the technical sheet(s) of the requested equipment(s) for approval by the buyer, to guarantee the (the correct equipment(s). Once the buyer approves the quoted equipment(s), places the purchase order, and makes the bank transfer, JP SMART LLC will proceed to dispatch the load. This will not be subject to changes or returns. 

6.- JP SMART LLC dispatches orders worldwide, through UPS, DHL, Venegroup Services, among other companies specialized in Logistics. Likewise, it will provide all the documents required for the Nationalization process. Nationalization expenses will be borne by the buyer unless these have been previously negotiated between the parties.

7.- JP SMART LLC has suppliers in the United States, Canada, and Europe. We work under the delivery time system. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, the freight may be delayed in delivery due to bad weather or meteorological phenomena (storms, snow, among others). It is our priority, to deliver on time or even before the time established in the quote to exceed the expectations of our clients. 

8.- The commercial process of JP SMART LLC is totally transparent for its clients. This will have continuous information on the status of your order since the bank transfer has been received, tracking number to be able to track the freight from its departure from the factory or JP Smart warehouse, until its delivery. 

9.- JP SMART LLC offers the options to its Industrial clients to deliver the cargo to the shipping company (freight forwarder) trusted by the client (buyer) or to send it to its destination. We highly recommend our customers use their trusted Shipping Companies for substantial savings. 

10.- JP SMART LLC does not commercialize fake or counterfeit equipment or materials to avoid claims. All products commercialize by JP SMART LLC are original. For our Company, the client is our priority, and we are not interested in just a sale, but in the full satisfaction of all our clients.
