Estimated dispatch dates

Our estimated dispatch dates are based on manufacturers’ latest stock lead time data and are updated daily. However, please note that under certain circumstances, such as large quantity orders or unforeseen seasonal demand, we may need to check with our manufacturers for an up-to-date lead time in these cases.

Fast delivery

Items are usually dispatched the same day, providing the items being ordered are in stock and the order is placed by 2:00pm.
For  out-of-stock items, these will be shipped 5-7 business days after purchase unless the manufacturer updates a different delivery time, in which case, the buyer will be informed.
Every item is fully insured against loss or damage so we can guarantee the safe arrival of your order.

Handling and carriage charges

In the unlikely event that your order incurs in additional carriage charges, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team at the point your order is being processed.
